Your Pre-Booking List

1) Eligibility for Successful Pre-Book:
Customers who have successfully paid the pre-book amount of INR 5000 are eligible for the successful pre-booking of an iPhone or Watch. To confirm your pre-booking, you must provide payment screenshots as proof at the time of delivery. Pre-booking without the required payment is not eligible, and the order will not be processed.

2) This program does not guarantee that the customer will receive the preferred product(Color or Capacity) at the time of launch or even within any stipulated timeframe.

3) In case customer is offered his preferred model, purchase transaction should be completed immediately and within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the offer. In case of non-payment, the pre-booking shall stand cancelled.

4) iTech will not be liable in any way in case they are not able to fulfill the customer’s demand of the pre-booked product.

5) In case iTech is not able to supply the product as per customer’s preference then refund of advance amount will be processed as per the refund policy.

6) In order to cancel this pre-booking, customer needs to submit a written cancellation request. Any refunds, if applicable, on cancellation will be processed as per the refund policy, which will be proposed in 90 days.

7) In case of advance payments made thru credit or debit card, a cancellation charge of 2.5% will be applicable.

8) In case of any dispute, iTech reserves the right to cancel this pre-booking at any time.

9) iTech reserves the right to not disclose any data pertaining to customer registrations to any customers or third party under this program.

10) iTech may share this data with Apple India Pvt. Ltd and its Distributors like Ingram Micro India Ltd/Redington India Limited in case needed for any validation of registrations or to enable supplies of products.
